Admission into Years 8, 9 and 10 at Nonsuch
Admissions to years 8 to 10 will only be considered when the number
of students in the relevant year group falls below the admission number
of 180.
Waiting lists for each year group are maintained by the School. In
the event of a place becoming available, all students on the relevant
waiting list will be invited in writing to a selection test.If you would
like your daughter to be added to the waiting list, please contact Mid-Term
Admissions at London Borough of Sutton for an application form.
Applicants for residual places in Years 8 to 10 take tests in English,
Mathematics and Science appropriate to their age group. Applicants who
pass all three tests will be considered to be of selective ability.
Candidates who fail any of the tests will not be able to resit the test
at any point in the future and will only be eligible to join the School
in the Sixth Form.
In the event of there being more selective applicants than vacancies,
places will be allocated according to the criteria described in paragraphs
8.6.1 to 8.6.5 of the school's determined admission arrangements.
