Guidance for Online and Offline Applications to the Sixth Form for
entry in September 2012
EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS:
Online Applications
To apply to the Sixth Form at Nonsuch High School for Girls you must
complete a Sixth Form Application Form. This must be completed online
using the link below before midday on Monday 5 December when the application
process will close. Please remember that Nonsuch will also require
a signed hard copy of the application form which must arrive at the
school by Tuesday 6 December 2011. Your current school will also be
asked to provide us with details of your predicted grades at GCSE.
Important - Before completing the on-line application form please read
the following information carefully. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader
(available from the link at the bottom of this page) and a working printer.
Please follow these three steps:
Step 1 - Access the Sixth Form Online Application Form for external
candidates using the link below
Step 2 - Complete the form following the on-screen instructions.
When you have finished, click the check box to confirm your agreement
with the Declaration Statement and then select the option to create
a printable version of your application. At this point, you will be
prompted to complete any data that is incorrect or has been omitted.
Step 3 - Once the form has been completed successfully, a printable
version of your application will be created. (Please be aware that this
will be in Adobe pdf format and will take a few moments to generate,
particularly if you do not have a broadband connection.) This printed
copy must be sent to Nonsuch High School for Girls to arrive at the
school by Tuesday 6 December 2011. Creating the pdf version on-screen
also transmits your application to the school electronically.
When the on-screen version of your form appears, select the print option
in Adobe to generate your hard copy. Remember to save a copy of the
form on your computer in case of any later query.
It is the applicant's responsibility to print out and send a signed
copy of their application direct to Nonsuch. An application will not
be regarded as complete until the paper copy has been received.
The application process is now closed
