Teaching vacancies at Nonsuch are advertised on the School website and in the Times Educational Supplement. The school operates a rigorous recruitment procedure that includes CRB and medical screening and confirmation of qualifications.

Support staff vacancies also appear on the website and are generally advertised in the South London weekly Guardian newspaper. Support staff are also subject to CRB and medical screening.
